Yay!! My fun weekend didn't appear to hurt my weight loss journey...in fact I'm down this morning. In fact, yesterday I stayed under my RDI just a little even eating Buffalo Wings with Blue Cheese. I was full after 5 wings since I ate a house salad first. Hubby & I ordered a 20 piece serving to share...we had some to bring home.
I'm going to try to be good for the next couple of days as I have 2 challenges this week. Wed. night is Book Club & in honor of the book we're reading refreshments are on a Russian Foods theme. And Sunday we're going to a Super Bowl Party. That will be an assortment of yummy foods & adult beverages 😊
