Sounds like many of us are having our struggles right now, but as long as we keep keeping on it, things will fall in place!

I know, not sure what it is but I am tryin to be more mindful of what I am eating and how much. I am tweaking a few things including my workouts and hopefully this will trigger something. I mean my goal was 30lbs which is around 158 but still I want to stay between 150-160 at the lower end. Pray for me and I will pray for you.
