Awww, I am sorry :( You know what I do often. I wont eat the same calories a day. One day I will eat 1200, the next 800, then 1000 etc. The body never feels like it is being starved. I read it somewhere and it actually does work for me. Fits right into my schedule actually... lol. Days when I have full day classes, I am not to bothered with food. Days I dont have classes, I can literally think of food all day long. So I decided to really focus on 7 days of calories, instead of one day at a time. Try it, maybe it works for you? I have also been very bad today. Just emotionally f-ed up. Just feel bullied! :(

Emotions really does play a mayor role in most cases of obesity and people can deny it all they want. We dont all have a comfortable moonshine & roses life, like some may pretend to have. Something going on in your life perhaps?
