Been awhile since I posted. I have been eating right and back to walking.I have had health issues.I am a police officer 33 years and to much stress. My weight I got to the highest ever and undone every thing I had ever worked on. I started back on my program and weighed in yesterday and have lost 80 pounds since October. My goal is 100 by my birthday in April. If you have not joined i started a group here years ago goal by my birthday it appears to be one of the biggest groups. Good luck everyone please continue to pray for me and my family. Also I retired last Friday.
