Hey gang.
Just a quick not and a weigh in. I'm up 600 grams today, but that I'd fully expect after the drastic drop yesterday. No surprise there.
Today is Indulgence Day, and it's a welcome one. I'm pretty used to my extreme living of lately, but it's nice to meet go alittle for a day.
I had a proper omelet and ham breakfast, I will enjoy the little Saturday lunch buffet (within reason) as always, and there are steaks lined up for dinner.
We've bought low calorie (No added sugar!) ice cream for dessert. Total estimated cost on the whole day is about 2,000 calories.
Anyways, I'll get going. I'm at the lunch cafe, with friends, and don't want to be rude and ignore the people around me.
