One week in Italy means +2 pounds on the scale... Not so bad!!! I have eaten all my favorite foods, and shared delicious meals with friends and family. I am full of new energy now!!! :) I have eaten so much the past few days, that I am still bloated and don't feel like eating much. I'll listen to my body :)
