Some bad choices the past weeks but I forgive myself today is my birthday turning 4ty something . I woke up at 2am this morning to acknowledge my creature for another blessed year and to give some gratitude to him for my life another anniversary. I weighed myself and I have gained everything I have lost the past few weeks.I always ask myself why.but I am the only one with the answer you know all I need is to loose 18 kg only.in order to weight 75kg.its not a lot if you think about it but if I struggle to keep away just a kilo then it really must be hard.Its not hard I need to change my mind set to want a sexy body a beautiful skin and more energy .how about this new resolution to work on my mindset .I can do this I know I can
