I hired a personal trainer so I've been working out 3 times/week which is GOOD. However, I'm still messing around on the eating side of it. I have good days .... and then I have poor days. I have to get a grip. THIS IS IMPORTANT. Last night my best friend came over. She has lost an enormous amount of weight over the last 2 years and looks fabulous. We went through my closet and I gave her all the things I lovingly refer to as "skinny clothes". On the one hand it broke my heart standing there watching her try on things that I haven't been able to wear for at least 8 years .... but I swallowed my pride, thought at least they were being worn by someone, and hey, one day I will go shopping for new "skinny clothes".
