I started juicing this past Sunday, the 7th. Idk what some people are talking about when they complain about terrible side effects like stomach pain, painful bowl movements and starvation.
Maybe it's because I've always loved vegetables and fruits and this is what keeps me full. I'm a flexaterian and love it! I'm consuming about 1000 calories a day and feel great! I haven't felt this great since my late 20s.
If anyone is reading this get a juicer!
