Cut way back on white refined stuff all week and I'm feeling better already.
Just started noticing the Wheat Belly book promos. Read some Amazon reviews. Interesting.
Didn't sleep well last night. Had a nightmare about losing my black cat in the woods. I kept searching for her in my dream and each time I'd wake up, I'd see her sleeping in the chair near the bed and be so relieved, but as I was going back to sleep, I remember thinking even though it's a dream, I still have to find her. I guess it's what you'd call a lucid dream.
