I havent got past the 5-6lb weight loss in more than 6 months. I would lose the 5-6lbs then immediately gain it all right back. This time it will be different. I am sticking to this. I feel better too so I know I cant eat junk and that why I was so sick all the time.

For a goal for this week I would like to lose 1-2lbs making the total weight loss 7-8lbs gone by next weigh in. I would also like to go to the gym every night from M-F for one hour.
90,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 7,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 14,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
