Christiana's Logboek, 27 sep 10

Officially down 10 lbs today. YES!!!!! Awesome, that makes me so happy see that on the scale. This week wasn't fabulous when it came down to poundage but yesterday I jogged my first full half mile (cross-country). I was feeling pretty good jogging and just got to thinking that I could finish out this half mile and did. I'm really happy with that too.


72,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 20,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 16,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
