Still failing. I am doing better with my eating though. I also went to the gym yesterday after work. It was good and I am glad that my Husband pushed me to go. I hadn't worked out in over a month. It felt good to get moving again. This week I am focusing more on working out. I want to make this a habit again. I am still trying to eat well but i decided that I won't beat myself up anymore. This month was terrible for weight loss but I am glad that i didn't gain. I have a goal to get under 200 by Thanksgiving. I have plenty of time and this seems like a very reasonalbe goal.
