Glad I managed to get back to it without letting the disheartening result last week sway me into blowing the whole week. And I resisted temptation yesterday on the promise of today's indulgence (donuts & pizza hut!) But thanks to the two friends I'm going out with being ectomorphs, I'm Big Bird today!
