I'm really puzzled, can anyone shed some light on why my weight has stopped dropping? I am sticking to a LCHF routine fervently, but my weight has been shimmying +/- lb for a week now. any suggestions???
57,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,8 kg.    Nog te gaan: 4,6 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

I could be wrong. But our bodies adapt to what we do to make the system as energy saving as it can. thinknof it like walking up a hill. the 1st time you do it its knackering but after a month its a lot easier and you'd need a longer or steeper hill to achieve the same shattered. try upping the intensity of your exercise routine it may help.

Thanks, I'm sure you're right. On some days it's really difficult keeping focus when the weights not moving!
