Ok - I'm confused. This morning when I weighed I was at 278.4. That is 5.2 pounds different than where I was yesterday. No way do I lose that much in one day. Darn cold meds are doing weird things to my weight loss. OR…maybe I need to check the battery in my scale.

It could be many different things. You could have been retaining water from sodium, medication, hormones, etc. Just stick to your plan and see what the scale does. If it all stays off, then whoo hoo...lol

I agree with Suzi! Looks liek you wer on a mini plateau as well and there is often a steep drop off after a plateau. Just keep plugging and enjoy the loss! I had a low last Saturdya that disapeared on my but I stayed at it all week and I am now lower than that day :) SO just keep pluggin. Even if it is a down flux YOU can make it more permanent :)
