Funny how much that affects us! We all KNOW the weight we lsot we stilllost but we have to get the new one to "match up" heheh

I have been busy and have not been on in awhile. I am still trying to inspire I had two ladys come up to me Tuesday night at a neighborhood watch meeting that said after hearing me speaking that they started walking and joined ww. I am amazed how many people we touch and how many we touch and dont even know it. If you have been writing and checking in we need to get back on the wagon we were all doing so good and a number of us have continued. Lets move
