Big Orr's Logboek, 01 okt 10

I under stand but I dont understand but after I looked back I made some bad decisions over the last week which also included not getting enough calories on most days and then made some bad eating decisions on other days ughhhhh

Worked out everyday but one not up to the work out I was doing daily last summer but I will get there
176,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 14,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 18,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Stay on you plan and be consistent as much as possible. It will come off. Drink plenty of liquid in case it's partly water weight.
