SaintViper's Logboek, 01 okt 10

Up two lbs today. Not unexpected though as I was down around 5.5 over the last week. Probably re hydrating from that bike ride on Wednesday. Will look great on my weight graph and my progress bar will say I'm gaining like 14 lbs a week lol. oh well.

It's going to be almost cold this weekend (50 degrees) which is a bummer. Will call Greg and Bret about going mountain biking. If they can't make it then I'll throw the RevX's on the road bike and give that a go.
