over the weekend I crashed... LOL
but I restarted on Monday... thats when I seem to do my worst... the weekend when I am more influenced by my daughter and husband....
my goal then is to work toward better weekends and giving myself that ONE CHEAT DAY... I did very well on that plan.
I need to keep track on the weekends also I tend not to fill in my foods then either.


90,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 22,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
