10 day weigh-in (actually 11 because I forgot yesterday). Scale read 210.8 initially, then 209.4 the remaining 4 or 5 times I re-did it. I donāt know why I always get a heavier weight when I first step on the scale, but I always do it at least 3-4 times and go with the most consistent number.
