The weight is coming off only because there is no desire to eat thanks to the new migraine medication. The doctor said weight loss was a side effect and he wasn't kidding. I drink a lot of water with this medication to help prevent kidney stones and other related problems. However when I actually do feel hungry its more for the carbohydrates that I can not have (health issues) and honestly no amount of chopped fruits, vegetables or proteins can substitute for a good old fashioned piece of double chocolate cake.
