9st 4.5 (0.5 on at WW) I notice from my predictive words that I usually start my weigh in journals with 'Pleased...' whether it's a loss or a gain! When it's a gain I guess I'm pleased it's not as bad as I feared:-) That's exactly how it was at WW Wed, so half a pound on was ok, and I'm glad that my home weigh this morn, despite missing out on a usual ritual (if you get my meaning!), still showed the loss of my weekend away weight :-) However, this weekend consists of more indulgent days for me so will just have to hope for the best next week!
