My body fluctuates all the time too. It does get frustrating, but I know I didn't gain it all over night, so I won't lose it over night either. I just keep plugging away. Have you been losing inches? I bet you have. Enjoy the rest of your evening.:)

OWL can be great, but there are rules, just like Induction. If you actually follow the plan for OWL, you'll do great!
