Ran my first race Saturday- 10K and ran 11 minute miles- yay! But my weight is up 3 pounds...maybe it's from the carb fest I had yesterday...
64,0 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 5,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

wow a 10k! good for you girl! I ran my first 5k over the summer, and you feel on top of the world afterwards, like u can do anything..but im not sure il be up for a 10k ha. I find that if I eat carbs or anything heavy the night before my weight in I always gain. I think its because it takes too long to process , so it just sits there in my stomach.

yes it was great! I have the same problem with carbs - anything with flour- I feel bloated or something for a few days after- maybe I'm allergic? It's all so good though!
