nothing went bye-bye again.... I knew this was too good to be true.... geesh! stuck in the Rut again... :(

I don't lose if I eat atkins bars so maybe you should try giving them up as well as you might be like I am! Good luck and don't give up!

Mccmad has a good suggestion, as you had at least 2-3 shakes and bars in the diary I looked at. Also, watch your protein. I don't have the book in front of me, but I think you're seriously under the recommended range of protein per day. Without the protein, you're not maintaining your lean muscle mass. You can do this - it just takes some time and tweeking to get things just right for your own body.

When the scale doesn't move, you are more than likely losing inches. Hang in there, it will pass. It sometimes takes a bit for the scale to caught up, but it will. Enjoy the rest of your day.:)

Okay! sounds like a Plan! Staying off Atkins bars for a while, eat more protein... got it! My Mom was inspired so she bought the book and lost 4 lbs since Sunday... Ya Mom! Hope to get her on this site soon too. thanks for the Help Mccmad, Sandy and LauPug! I appreciate it!
