day 6 of my fasting I'm losing about a kg per day give or take no eating just water n started electrolytes today cos I felt nauseous n dizzy .. Im starting to hate the smell of food everyone's eating in the house and if it wasn't for my water in the fridge I wouldn't even go in the kitchen. idk how long my fast will go for and I am not hungry at all prob cos I'm mentally in a weird place food is the last thing on my mind. my cat needs food from the supermarket otherwise I'd avoid it completely not looking forward to going 👎✌️
