I know it is really tough. I admire that you hang so tough. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I have seen that Fasting has made a lot of difference in my inflammation. Losing very slowly but appreciate this benefit.

Thank you, Kristina moody and CelticPhoebix for your words of encouragement. I cannot fast per 3 drs. Ever. Lupus usually makes you lose weight so one day I’ll be fighting to gain. Just life. I can’t take this too seriously as I’d go mad lol. I just try to stay positive and be happy. I live and live life. This weight is all water I know as the Ladin daily brings it way down. I have 8 autoimmune disorders, severe spinal trauma, I’m considered incomplete paraplegic and I use a wheelchair when I’m out. I can walk and do daily as much as I can. Sugar and carbs are my enemy. I hold myself account. My daughter cooks so many times I just don’t eat the carbs. Sugar is my downfall, but I don’t overeat it. I try not to keep it around except for cooking. I feel your pain literally. Celtic I have the things you do and others. My motto-Never give up-never stop smiling! I got my daughter yo dye my hair purple ombré for Lupus awareness month. I wouldn’t ever wish bad on anyone. Life’s hard enough without feeling bad. At any rate, it toon30 yrs to diagnose all my stiff and I’m permanently changed. Such is life. I’m going to keep living it!
