Yippee! Down 35 pounds in 92 days! And I'm half way to my goal weight! I will start the process of becoming a coach for Take Shape For Life next month! In case some of you are wondering about the daily weigh ins, I don't always log them in here, but I do weigh in every morning. I was a heart patient 65 pounds ago, and the doctor wants me to keep track of my weight on a daily basis. If I gain too much overnight, that means my heart isn't working right and I need to get to the doctor pronto. I've been logging in my weight daily since I got my fitbit, because I don't want to overestimate how many calories I'm burning. Love Take Shape For Life!
