so yeah. I havent seen a 7 as the second number on my scale in over a decade. 279 this morning. This is a good day. lol. I will evangalize this slimfast stuff for the rest of my life now. I swear its tasty too. (the chocolatey royale pre made can anyway) The vanilla is meh but the 100 cal snack bars rock (again some better than others I love the nougat gone nuts one it tastes like turtles) All I can say to anyone struggling is to think about what you will actually do when starting a diet. I knew I'd quit if I had to do anything extra in my day so I got the pre made.
