strive2bethin's Logboek, 23 mei 13

Welp, I am officially back on track it feels pretty rotten to still be 3 pounds over what I was at but hopefully they will come off in no time. Yesterday was a good day I was starved by the time dinner rolled around but it was surprisingly quite delicious!! And it took me 20 minutes to eat desert because there was so much of it!! I moved my body a lot yesterday, hopefully I can do the same today. I will be at work though so it will be a bit of a challenge. We are going camping this weekend and leaving friday so I am going to try and bring all my healthy stuff with me so I can keep on track this weekend. I won't be able to weigh my self all weekend either which will be hard for me but it will be a nice little surprise to come back home too... that is if its good haha! We shall see!:)
