I am gonna weigh each day for only this week just to track my progress and for motivation,then after I will weigh every 7 days.I know is not easy to loose weight but if you know what you want you will get there slowly but surely,After loosing 20 kg from 92 kg to 74 then gain it back to 81,9 again due to lockdown I have now learned my lesson🤞🏻
