I reached my goal this morning!! Yippee!! It has been a long time coming. This makes 18 lbs. lost since last January.
Running has totally helped me get there. I have pushed myself further than I ever thought I could do and it is paying off. Last night I ran 4 miles in 44 min. We can and should challenge ourselves further and harder and we will get hard won results we are proud of!
I do want to lose a few more- probably to about 135, but I don't think I will put than on my goal list quite yet! I need to enjoy this victory first for a while!
