ok well i had a few bad days this week. two days i went well over my points so it makes sense that i gained two pounds at least i recorded everything accurately this way i understand what i am doing wrong.now my goal is to lose 3 pounds this week so i can be at 168 i wonder what the most you can lose in one week is.
77,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 7,3 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.
