A year ago today, I remember sitting on my bed crying because my weight would just not come down. I was eating a healthy diet and have never really been one for snacking. The dietician I saw wasn't very helpful when I saw her previously so what was I to do..
I started listening to my body more carefully and started counting calories. That is it. Apart from cutting back and not eating the things that don't agree with me I have managd to loose 13kg. I still want to loose another 5kg but I feel happy and healthy and don't mind the loose skin.
We are all fighting a battle and we can win this
66,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 8,1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Well done to you! Thank you for sharing this post. You have no idea how much I needed to hear 'exactly' your story. I also started out here on FS at around 80kg and I am feeling so despondent because I just can't seem to shake any weight off although I'm eating really healthy. I keep scouring people's posts for a glimmer of hope but today your post has given me courage. This is because apart from same starting weight and the fact that I also have 65kg as my eventual goal weight; you also seem to be basically eating a normal balanced diet which is what I am trying even though I know I could lose weight on Keto or something more extreme. All the best to you. Again, thank you for sharing.🙏🏾
