I gotta say I am a little annoyed. I gained 800 grams yesterday and shrug it off thinking it would be gone again today. But today I only lost 100 g! Oh well, still going in the right direction.
I do think I need to eat a little more. I have been very close to the 1200 cals for a while and I know that it is too little.
I will make it a point to get closer to 2000, as I had planned. Sometimes it is damn hard though. I hate consuming more calories than I actually need to be satisfied. But I will do it for the cause! :)
In a few days I will reach my first partial goal - 145 kgs. Then I will start focusing on my next goal: 136 kgs - 300 pounds. :)
