Wow. I did great yesterday.

I was at work from 8 am to 9 pm - a long, long day with no chance to cook. I prepared well, had a good (the usual) breakfast, with a little extra yoghurt, and brought sandwiches for lunch AND dinner. I was never hungry. Niiiice. :)

Today I am on a roll losing weight again. Life is good.
145,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 9,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 60,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: 100%.
