So super excited just got my labs back. and everything is looking really good. I may not be loosing the weight like I wish but am definitely getting and being healthier. yay me. I will keep on going as I am.
93,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 7,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 25,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Looks like we are on a similar trajectory! Slow but consistent losses and blood results are a big accomplishment. Can you also feel the difference with better numbers?

Yes actually. With better lab work proving how well I am actually doing is huge. I do feel much better. I do wish the scale would cooperate tho....I will take the success in better labs for now.
