Still doing pretty good considering, I had the flu for 24 hours, Aunt Flow is visiting and I have done nothing for exercise in weeks!!!! I hate being sick, specially that kind of sick! But feeling good now and very excited to bring in the new year! I am so hoping that 2009 brings all of us great success in reaching our goals and then maintaining from there! I hope that everyone has a Very Happy & Safe New Years and a very blessed year a head of you!
