A little discouraged this morning. I have gained 3 pounds and have new clue why! If anyone out there can help me figure it out i will be more than greatful!
111,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,2 kg.    Nog te gaan: 27,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

HI.. the only thing I can think of is maybe too much sodium. You could be retaining water. Check your weight for the next couple of days and see if it doesn't go back down. Are you drinking enough water? It will help to flush you out. Also, when I stall (or gain) I have to cut out a few things. I noticed you had peanut butter. Sometimes, I can eat it and lose. Other times, I have to cut out peanuts and/or other things. Are you close to your time of month? I gain about 5 lbs the week before!! Also, I don't know if you use the atkins bars or anything but you have to watch out for those too. Just play it cool for a couple days and see if you don't go back down. It'll be ok & you'll get there. Practice makes perfect!! Good luck!! =)

Did you eat a lot of high sodium foods? A lot of times that will put the weight on. Drink a lot of water!!!

I may have had to much sodium i didnt think about that. And i have decided i am sending the peanutbutter cookies with my husband to eat at work. Thanks for your help!

Google "Why the scale lies". It's an article explaining why we have unexplained gains. You can do everything right and still gain, but its not a real gain. Drink some extra water and it should come off.

It is hard to say without a food list of what you are eating. Sorry to embarras you, but we talk about this a lot on here, could it be constipation. If it is take a fiber supplement daily. It is important to read the Atkins book. There is a chapter devoted to weight stalls and what to do if you don't lose on induction. First make sure you are doing it correctly and that there are no hidden carbs. Processed foods stall some people as do food allergies. All of this is in the book.
