I hate to record it going back to 140, but that's what it is this morning. I hope that is the last time I am above the 130's again! I think it will be. I am feeling pretty focused.
Had a good swim last night and then did 25 min. of floor exercises at home.
Well, I'm off to my first day of work now! Have a good day everyone!

weight gains are much easier to take off then actually losing the weight, did that make sense? lol oh hey!! happy anniversary... 1 year on FS!! and your goal was achieved! way to go!
