I know I just weighed in yesterday, but I like to keep it on a weekly basis for (what I feel is) a more accurate measure. The last few days I've been feeling constantly hungry, and have been trying to snack throughout the day in an effort to abate it. No idea how I dropped more weight, but I'm not going to question it.
Going to try better this upcoming week at getting my butt out of bed in the morning for the gym (hoping that will help recalibrate my sleep cycle as well.
