ok, since my last weigh in I've been fairly consistant in the following of my self imposed calorie restriction. I've been consistantly between 1200 and 1800 cals a day. I know minumum cals should be 1500 but meh. I eat what I want when I'm hungry and it seems to be working...lots of turkey often ground or in sausage form and damn near none if any red meat. It may appear in a gravy if its store bought. I'm not hard core about it...no agenda just a flavor preference. Also I've found chapmans ice cream makes a wicked frozen yogurt that I'd eat even if I wasn't cutting weight. 200 cals a cup versus 440 for half a cup of the full fat...I'll take more for less anyday.
