My feet have been swollen a few days due to bad eating over the weekend, a few cocktails but I did walking and drank water as well...so not sure what happened.
60,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 23,1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 3,6 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.

Maybe too much salt? Regardless you're doing the right things by drinking water & getting some exercise -- good for you!

Thank you Ruhu!!! No matter how bad I can eat I always workout and drink my water..somewhat keep it balanced..lol

Sometimes it happens. You will bounce back. You have been doing what you are suppose to. Keep your head up and it will balance out in the end.
