I'm doing good. Counting my calories and trying to watch out for sugar. I'm starting to look more at labels and write down how many calories and sugar.
78,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 7,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 10,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

I've just started this diet! Literally today! I've been making bags of the things I eat of their calories and the amount I can have! Also, reading every label I can find! I'm currently living in Germany, but I'm from the States. Not all the foods here in Europe have nutrition on the back! Has it been easy to stay on track with how many calories you're allowed to have? Or is it difficult? Do you feel satisfied with the amount you are allowed to have?

No it is not difficult now. When I first started, especially cutting back on the sugar, it felt like I was going thru withdrawals. But now, I feel good. Didn't know how much sugar I was actually eating. I would encourage you to count how much sugar you are consuming. I'm trying to eat not more than 100 grams of sugar a day. Eat more salads, but watch out for the sugar in the dressings.
