I'm honesty surprised to be down 2 lbs. Happy of course, but my eating wasn't great this first week at all...but I'll take it!
117,0 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 44,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.

Yep - take it and remember it whenever you see a gain although you ate well - it happens :-)

Yeeha! Well done! Defend the ground you've gained by being good to yourself and nailing the eating this week. I find for me it all comes down to a little planning. Make sure you got what you need to eat in the house or on you in a small cooler at all times. :)
