I am doing a marvellous job at maintaining my weight each week.
Even with a holiday in 2 weeks time, I haven't had the motivation to lose the weight 🤨
the instant satisfaction always takes over and I can't seem to stop it

There's something to be said for maintaining! It's something I still haven't mastered. Much better than GAINING, but not quite as fun as losing! What holiday is in two weeks?
