Ok so I did kind of achieve my goal by getting into the 70’s but now I want to get into the 60’s and I am not seeing any progress. I kept telling myself to stop weighing myself everyday but I feel like it has turned into an obsession. I will literally weigh myself like 4 times a day(especially after a meal)😭
70,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 15,6 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

It does become obssesive , I've decided not to weigh myself this month and its a constant struggle.

Oh boy I have been there once a long time ago... You had the will power to start loosing weight and get to where you are... Use that awesome willpower to stop yourself from continuous weighing... Make a goal for yourself. Lock the scale away...no looking at it for at least a week... You have have to be strong...otherwise you will always be punishing yourself 🤗🤗❤️❤️
