I haven't been doing well on the diet. Too much crap food in the house (hubby likes having junk food around, and as much as I love him, he IS my worse enemy -- I DO think he prefers me to be FAT!)

Went on The Plan again yesterday. I was 244.3 but lost 3.3 lbs today. If I can just be good, just keep the junk food out of my sight. Am thinking of locking it up in a box with a lock and giving him the only key...

I checked out the Paleo Diet, but it's similar to The Plan. Basically staying away from man-made refined foods and trying to stick to foods as close to their natural state. Paleo seems to promote protein, and like the Aitkens diet, too much protein gives me headaches.

Before my thyroid problems kicked in two years ago, I was 211 lbs. I need to get back there, especially now that my thyroid is back under control (with medication). It would be nice if The Plan can get me off the medication eventually. I am doing the Thyroid version of The Plan.

I was so close to getting under 200 (where I haven't been for over 20 years). I need to be slimmer. I want to be slimmer. Why do we do this to ourselves? Eating that crap food, it doesn't make sense.
