Am working on a 16-hour fast diet, and am finally dropping a bit of weight. Makes sense when you think about chowing down on mostly salty snacks type of foods in the evening hours, while watching TV. Also, the occasional "extra" glass of wine. Calories, calories, calories - - with NO exercise, so it all sits in your body, holding in water, for one thing. Sigh.
86,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0,2 kg.    Nog te gaan: 11,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
